Passed through North Petherton and just reached Bridgwater. Had a few panorama problems as usual. I really need to fix those.

Had to make a new route again today to aboid some blank spots. You shouldn’t notice any difference but I’ll be taking straighter, bigger roads from here until Weston-super-Mare. Also had one of those strange panoramas-out-of-sync bugs. I suppose I should fix it. meh.

Ok yesterday’s session was a bit of a disaster because I hit a huge dead patch so I stopped after 10 minutes. Today was much better and I’ve altered the route slightly to make sure that doesn’t happen again. I did 45 minutes for the first time today and it seemed to go ok though I had a session of nausia about 30 minutes in. Also I’m JUST outside the Somerset border.

I am indeed in Tiverton! I was having difficulty working out where I was due to a lack of readable signs there. And I crossed over the River Exe. I wonder how that’s pronounced. Anyway all being good I should be leaving Devon tomorrow and moving into Somerset.

Americans and British can celebrate because today it doesn’t matter what calendar system you use. Also I passed through a little place called Nomansland. Plus I really need to fix the new texture seaming problem I introduced in the last round of fixes. It’s really irritating me.

The new changes I’ve made seem to have worked although I came across a load of panoramas that looked like sinkholes. I suspect they’re just badly processed because they were all from 2011. Also I finally fixed the map to auto update when I save so that will save me having to do it manually.

Cycling went well but had a Twilight Zone moment at the end where I passed a man on one side of Lapford only to see him again 5 minutes later on the other side. In other news I should hopefully get some time to fix some bugs tomorrow.

Nothing too exciting. Passed through a couple of villages. Saw a nice group of thatched roofed houses. I’ll maybe get a chance to do some software updates soon.

After yesterday’s disaster it seems to have recovered fine. My guess is that it tried to go through a golf car park yesterday and didn’t know where to go from there. Also I never made it to Okehampton yesterday so I did that today. Passed a lovely little horse and cart right at the end.
